Aging

Your body is constantly sloughing off old cells and growing new ones. For example, you shed 600,000 particles of skin every hour, about 1.5 lbs a year. By 70 years of age, you will have lost 105 lbs of skin.

This does not mean that we can tell our family and friends when we’ve reached 70 that we have lost 105 pounds on a new diet plan. When it comes to our cellular health — change is good. A healthy diet, sound nutritional supplementation regimen and regular exercise are crucial for good cell formation. Make sure you pay attention to all three of these areas to maintain a great quality of life.
