For some of us, choosing healthy foods might come second-nature; but for others, eating vegetables and fruit can be considered a daily task. Smoothies are a great way  to consume your recommended servings of greens in a delicious and wholesome way. Choosing a green smoothie every morning over the go-to bagel and cream cheese can be the small improvement you need to make a large impact on our health. While the Vitamix will give the best results for these smoothies, normal blenders are also proficient in making these delicious and delectable green smoothies. GreenSmoothieBeautifying Basic Smoothie: Perfect for smoothing making beginners!

  • 1 cup of raw greens (spinach, chard, collards)

  • 2 cups liquid (water, non-dairy milk, or coconut water works best)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup of frozen berries (any berries works – strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)

  • 8oz of unsweetened milk (regular or dairy-free, almond milk is a great alternative)

  • 1 serving of Power Protein Mix

  • ¾ cup of frozen organic mixed berries

  • ½ frozen banana

  • 1 tsp organic bee pollen

  • 4 drops of Stevia

  • 1⁄2 large cucumber

  • 1 cup fresh/frozen blueberries

  • 8oz water or coconut water

  • 4 drops of Stevia

  • Ice (optional)
