The proprietary blend of ingredients for our best-selling all-natural Menopause Capsules to support natural relief from the symptoms of menopause includes:

Black Cohosh – Researched for over forty years, Black Cohosh has been found to provide natural relief from the difficulties encountered in menopause. To date, the effects of black cohosh have been studied on thousands of menopausal women, with the preponderance of evidence well in favor of its benefit–risk ratio. When women rank their menopausal symptoms using two different assessment measures known as the Kupperman Index and the Menopause Rating Scale, black cohosh has more consistently delivered better results than many conventional therapies such as hormonal drugs and antidepressants in assuaging hot flashes, mood swings, vaginal atrophy, depression, anxiety and other menopausal symptoms — without increasing their risk of uterine or breast cancer.

Pantothenic Acid – The adrenals manufacture an estrogen mimic upon retirement of the ovaries. Pantothenic acid is the supportive nutrient for the adrenals, which are often fatigued by stress.

Pregneolone – In the manufacture of sex hormones, pregnenolone catalyzes the formation of DHEA, which is then used as the substrate for the manufacture of progesterone, testosterone and estrogen. As pregnenolone converts into DHEA which in turn converts into estrogen, pregnenolone may offer post-menopausal women a natural estrogen replacement therapy. But, even before reaching the menopause, pregnenolone may be of use to women, particularly if they suffer from PMS. This is because pregnenolone can boost progesterone levels and progesterone is especially useful in helping to overcome PMS. Furthermore, unlike DHEA supplementation, pregnenolone is less likely to lead to an increase in testosterone. Increased testosterone levels can lead to a woman experiencing distressing masculine side effects such as increased facial hair.

Isoflavones – Isoflavones (in our Proprietary MenoRelief Complex) have been used for menopausal symptoms for many years with clinical results that pleased and surprised many. Derived from soy, these substances seem to mimic estrogen.

DHEA – Researchers have concluded that administration of low dose DHEA positively alters levels of several hormones in early and late postmenopausal women and reduces menopausal symptoms similarly to estrogen-progestin replacement therapy. DHEA is the direct precursor to estrogen and other hormones which are so necessary for the sexual instinct in the female. Often recommended for a loss of sexual interest.

Magnesium – Known as the “The Tranquilizer Mineral,” magnesium helps to calm the emotions aggravated by menopausal imbalances. Magnesium regulates your body temperature and energy level, plus aids in muscle relaxation. Mood swings, depression and fatigue can all be connected to low magnesium levels.

Vitamin E – A beneficial vitamin in normalizing the circulatory rushes that often occur during this time. Hot flashes affect as many as 80 percent of menopausal women. Clinical trials, as early as the 1940s, reported that Vitamin E, thought to act as an estrogen substitute, controlled hot flashes in half of women. In a recent study examining the effectiveness of Vitamin E vs. a placebo, researchers measured hot flashes before and at the end of the study by examining women subjects’ hot flash diaries. Results showed significant differences in the hot flashes severity scores.

Boron – Recently recognized as an important mineral, boron catalyzes the formation of hormones in the body. Boron can help to soften menopausal symptoms. It appears to work by increasing the levels of certain forms of estrogen. Studies suggest that eating boron-rich foods or taking boron supplements may raise estrogen levels as high as those found in women taking estrogen-replacement therapy.

These powerful ingredients work together to provide welcome relief from the often debilitating symptoms of menopause.
