There are natural alternatives to acid reflux and excess stomach acid.

The Journal Clinical Infectious Diseases has confirmed what we have been reporting for years. Your stomach acid is crucial to stopping infections in your body.

A new study says the drugs many take for acid reflux and excess stomach acid may be worse for you than the disease itself.

In fact, stomach acid drugs have now been linked to an early death.

The study, published in a recent edition of the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases, concludes that stomach acid plays a crucial role in stopping infections in the body.

The problem?

According to Fox News, “medications that suppress the production of stomach acid… make people more susceptible to complications of gastrointestinal infections, including raising the risk of dying.

The study’s author, Dr. Edith R. Lederman, is an infectious disease specialist at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego.

Dr. Lederman says “this is the first study to have found an association between use of antacids and increase of mortality.”

When you are prescribed over the counter or prescription drugs to give you temporary relief, you are in essence stopping the production of stomach acid – to your detriment.

Numerous studies have confirmed the ability of a natural substance – D-Limonene – to assist the body in reducing you symptoms of acid reflux and GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease).

April from Tennessee writes:

“My doctor told me that me excessive drainage from my sinuses was due to acid reflux (GO FIGURE) so I started taking NoGERD.  I has worked great.  When I run out I notice immediately.”

D-Limonene is an organic compound naturally occurring in citrus fruits, with large quantities found in the soft rind. Orange peels commercially touted to relieve heart burn contain d-Limonene.

Individuals who experience heartburns are likely to benefit from d-Limonene, which has been associated with the amelioration of GERD.

Many studies indicate that 500-1000 mg of d-limonene a day for 20 days assists the body in reducing the symptoms of GERD and heartburn.

Our NoGERD consists of 300 mg’s of d-limonene per capsule and also adds 50 mg’s of Licorice Root Extract which emerging science suggests is beneficial for GERD and heartburn as well.

Kennon from Texas writes:

“I tried the drugs that my doctors prescribed, but they caused side effects that I did not want.  So I gave NoGerd a try and I am so happy that I did.  I got rid of the acid reflux and there are no side effects.”

Mary Jane from Iowa writes:

“No more purple pills for me!!!!”
